At Aloe+Well, we want you to love your skincare experience.
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to return any unused product.
Eligibility for Returns
Products must be returned unopened, unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact. Any signs of use, damage, or missing components may result in return rejection.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team at info@aloewell.co with your order number and return reason.
We offer a Self-Service Return process: Once approved, we'll send a return registration link. Provide a valid reason with clear evidence. Our Returns Team inspects all items upon receipt and notifies you by email of the outcome.
Return Shipping
Customers cover return shipping costs, except for errors on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
We'll email the return shipping cost for approval before sending your return link. This cost deducts from your refund.
Bundled items must return complete—individual items cannot.
Customs delays are not valid return reasons.
Report issues within 14 days of delivery for free returns on our errors.
Refund Process
Upon inspection and approval:
Refunds process to your original payment method within 7 calendar days, minus return shipping.
Processing time varies by your bank (typically 3–10 days).
Return Denials
We reserve the right to reject returns that:
Are opened, used, or not in original condition/packaging.
Fall outside the 14-day window.
Are sent to addresses other than our designated return portal.
