FORMATION OF CONTRACT

All orders are subject to acceptance by AloeWell. Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt, but this does not constitute acceptance.
The sale shall only be deemed concluded once we send you an email confirming shipment (“Shipping Confirmation”). Only products covered by the Shipping Confirmation will form part of the contract.

We reserve the right to decline an order in cases of:
(i) typographical or pricing errors,
(ii) product unavailability,
(iii) suspected fraud or misuse, or
(iv) incorrect personal or payment information.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock, you will be notified promptly, and any payment will be refunded using the same method.

PRICES AND PAYMENTS

All prices listed are in euros (€) and include VAT at the prevailing rate.
Shipping costs are added at checkout and will be displayed before confirming your purchase.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship to Spain, Germany, France, Italy, and the Netherlands.
Estimated delivery times:

Spain: 2–5 business days

Rest of Europe: 4–7 business days

Delays may occur during holidays or promotional periods.
We are not responsible for customs delays or events beyond our reasonable control.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

To request a return, contact us at info@alowell.co. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

Upon verifying the returned product, a refund will be issued within 14 days using your original payment method. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or opened cosmetic products.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us by email within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or a refund. AloeWell will cover shipping costs for defective product returns.

LIABILITY

Our total liability in connection with any product purchased shall be limited to the price paid for that product.
We are not liable for allergic reactions, misuse of products, or non-compliance with usage instructions.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Website—including trademarks, designs, images, text, and logos—is the exclusive property of Aloe Well S.L. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
